The latest Vaporfly 3 builds on the success of its predecessor by applying a smoother transition while improving the shoe’s stability and providing more energy return. The Nike Vaporfly 3 is equipped with a Flyknit upper, with key features being the full-length carbon fibre Flyplate and ZoomX foam cushioning in the midsole.

  Specifically selected Flyknit yarns with zonal-specific design provide support throughout the forefoot and breathability around the toes.

• Thin-Web Outsole Traction 
  A new thin outsole rubber is designed to use less material without sacrificing durability, while also reducing outsole weight and thickness. The reduced outsole rubber allows for extra millimetres of ZoomX foam underfoot for a smoother transition.

  The reductive midsole design reduces weight with a convex shape on the inside of the foot for a more stable ride.

  Designed to reduce friction and irritation in the heel area.
